You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Pet grooming tools

  • Opened food or treats

  • Personalized or custom items

  2. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • We will process your refund to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

If you havenโ€™t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us again.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
